Our Prices Explained
How to price your holiday
The following information and notes refer to our price panels and will help you make your own calculations. We will, of course, be happy to calculate the cost of your holiday for you - just contact our Reservations Team on 0870 3667 577. If you are planning to mix sites from this website with those from Sites Abroad, please contact us as there may be an adjustment to the base price.

Example of how to price your holiday.
The following example is based on a family of 2 adults, 2 children staying at DouCarantec Yelloh! Village Les Mouettes, Brittany for 14 nights, between 25th May and 8th June, with a return journey from Plymouth to Roscoff, towing a caravan over 2.6m high:

How to price your holiday
• Take the appropriate Base Holiday Price from the above table. The Base Holiday Price includes a return journey on most P&O Ferries Dover/Calais crossings for a car and passengers, and 12 nights on site at the standard rate. For longer or shorter stays add or deduct £14 per night.
• Relevant site supplements, shown in each site description box, should be added per night.
• Insurance cover, we strongly recommend you take our tailor made insurance package. see insurance pages
• Travel Supplements for caravans, trailers, or motorhomes and other routes are shown on our ferry pages
• Please see below for a sample pricing and a handy calculation chart for you to fill in.

Making your own travel arrangements
We have negotiated advantageous rates with the cross channel transport operators which only apply when both outward and return crossings are arranged through us. If you prefer to make your own travel arrangements we will happily book any of the any of the campsites in our programme for you. In this case the base price of £250 per party will apply. This price includes a service fee to cover our costs. If you are considering making your own arrangelemts do remember that by booking through us you receive our comprehensive travel pack which includes maps and guides; you have no expensive international phone calls and payments; and you will have the reassurance of knowing that if you need advice or assistance we are only a telephone away. The price includes 12 nights basic site fees. Additional or fewer night charges, camp site supplements and insurance premiums apply as usual.
