Select Sites have many seasons of experience in organising caravanning rallies, with the first group travelling with us almost 20 years ago. Now many caravan and motorcaravans groups return to us year after year.

Personalised Service
We have a highly experienced and dedicated team who are able to assist you with all aspects of your group/rally booking, from advice on the best campsites or ferry routes to advice on suitable overnight stops. You will deal with the same “names” from start to finish and they will make it their personal priority to ensure that everything goes smoothly with your booking.

Advice from the experts
Our team have first-hand knowledge of the campsites, often taking their own holidays there, so they are well equipped to advise you on which campsites will provide your group with the type of holiday you require, be it a beach holiday, sight-seeing or active holiday. Please note that some campsites are unable to accept group bookings in high season (July to mid-August).

Our own rallies

We are delighted to be offering a selection of rallies in conjunction with various caravanning & motorhome magazine for 2010. If you're not part of a club or organisation then these rallies are ideal if you'd rather holiday as part of a group.

Offers for groups

We can offer discounted prices provided a minimum of 5 parties travel together and are booking a ferry-inclusive holiday. We offer generous discounts either for the group leader or to be shared amongst group members. PLUS these can be combined with any further special offers that are available at the time of booking.

Organisation of Rallies

If you are a member of a club or group, we can organise rallies for groups of 10 or more outfits if you’re also booking the ferry crossings with us. We try to make it as straightforward as possible if you wish to organise a rally.

We’ll help you choose the best campsite and ferry options; once an itinerary and price has been confirmed with Select Sites it’s the responsibility of the rally organiser to promote the rally to members of their club. Confirmation of each booking that comes in is sent to the organiser so that they can monitor booking progress. But from thereon, we deal with all the administration for you: club members send their payments directly to us, and we issue invoices, itineraries and travel packs directly to individual club members so that it’s totally hassle-free for the rally organiser.

We have an excellent selection of campsites in our programme and have first-hand knowledge of them all, but if you have your heart set on somewhere that we don’t usually work with we are happy to liaise with that campsite on your behalf to organise your rally. Please be aware that in this instance Select Sites cannot be held responsible if the campsite’s facilities and services are not as anticipated.
