Campsite Description

Situated at an altitude of 806m, in the heart of the Aveyron region and on the banks of beautiful Lac de Pareloup (the largest lake in southern France), this is a small family-run site. Offering possibilities for watersports, hiking and sightseeing, it is an ideal destination for active families. There is direct access to the lake with its spacious beach and giant inflatables, as well as an attractive pool complex and jacuzzi, overlooked by a snack bar with adjoining sun terrace. The pitches are grassy, flat, well-defined by hedges, shrubs and trees and slope gradually down towards the lake. A full entertainment programme is organised in the high season including a children's club and water games on the lake. There is an enormous variety of places to explore in the surrounding area, including the 11th Century abbey at Conques, the Grands Causses Regional Park and the bustling market in Rodez. Location: 6km from the D577 and 50km west of Millau and the A75.
