Campsite Description

Situated in the tree-lined grounds of a magnificent medieval château, this attractive site is ideal for an overnight stop near St Malo. However, as there is so much to visit in the area, and you are only 20 minutes from the beach, it also merits a longer stay. All the services are accommodated in converted stone barns, including a special clubroom open from 8pm - midnight for the youngsters in the high season. The barns encircle a pretty pool area with a large swimming pool and a paddling pool. Pitches here are a good size, flat, grassy, and well-defined by hedges and trees. About half the site is occupied by mobile homes but these are separate from the touring pitches. The site is run by a friendly couple who are keen to welcome British visitors. They organise a limited programme of family entertainment, which includes a children's club, sporting competitions, quiz evenings and the occasional karaoke session. Location 40km from the port of St Malo, 6km southwest of Combourg on D13.
