Campsite Description

This is a delightful site in the heart of the countryside and set on the banks of Lac du Jaunay, which is ideal for boating and canoeing. The attractive swimming pool area and pretty bar terrace are a central feature of the site, whilst the superb indoor pool with hammam and jacuzzi make it an ideal low season choice. There are two lovely children's play areas, a multi-sports pitch, tennis court and a variety of low-key organised activities in the high season, including children's clubs (5 times a week), and visits to local vineyards and traditional Vendéen craft shops. The pitches are grassy and spacious, separated by shrubs and lavender hedges. Some are semi-shaded and all have their own internet connection. The site is a pleasant cycle ride from a nearby crêperie overlooking the lake and the golden sandy beaches at Brétignolles are just a short drive away. Location: 28km from La Roche-sur-Yon.
