Campsite Description

This site is set in the grounds of a 19th Century château to the north of Le Mans. It is the perfect choice for those who prefer a relaxing non-commercial ambience in an elegant setting. The recently renovated facilities include a restaurant and take-away that are open in high season, while the spacious grounds provide ample room for children to play. Good-sized pitches are grassy, some with shade, and along with the popular outdoor pool there is also a small fishing pond. You can expect a warm welcome from the friendly proprietor who organises canoeing, horse riding and wine tasting trips during the high season. Maps are available from reception for several picturesque marked-out walks and cycle rides round the site and the neighbouring forest. High season prices operate during the Le Mans period (9/6-15/6) and the site can reserve tickets and transport to the race with your booking if you fancy catching this exhilarating sporting event. **Please note: Extended electrical leads are recommended for some pitches. Location: Midway between the A28 and the A11.
