Le Vivier aux Carpes is a haven of peace and calm in a beautiful verdant setting. This site is a perfect spot for a relaxing break with its combination of tranquil surroundings, well-maintained facilities and spacious, hedged pitches. You can expect a warm welcome from the charming, English-speaking owner and her staff, who keep the facilities spotlessly clean and take pride in the fact that customers return here year on year. Although there is no shop onsite, a baker calls with freshly baked produce at 9am every day except Monday and there is a small supermarket in the village just down the road. If you want to unwind on site, the camping area is surrounded by fishing ponds and is a paradise for anglers as well as those wanting to enjoy some quiet time. It is easy to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike and there are numerous old towns that merit a visit. Location 8km from the A26 and 14km from St. Quentin.
