Campsite Description

At the heart of six beautiful valleys, this site is ideally placed to explore the French Alps and the Parc des Ecrins - France's largest National Park. It is also in walking distance of the delightful town of Bourg d'Oisans, famous for welcoming the Tour de France most years. The attractive swimming pool, bar and restaurant are enhanced by a wealth of flowers and the sanitary facilities are prettily tiled and maintained to a high standard. There are individual, level grassy pitches on site and a good multi-sports pitch for volleyball, basketball, handball and badminton. The site can help you to make the most of the fresh mountain air and agreeable micro-climate by organising hiking and mountain biking tours, summer ski-ing, rock-climbing, gliding, canoeing and kayaking. It also has its own guidebook of the region, which contains lots of very useful information and gives discounts in many of the local shops. Location: Access is from the A41 via Grenoble.
