Campsite Description

A lively site, well placed for visiting the famous vineyards of Sancerre and Gien. This is a good low season choice thanks to the indoor pool, jacuzzi, fantastic indoor children's pool and all weather sports pitch. You'll also find an outdoor pool, a lake for swimming and boating, and a further lake suitable for fishing. Theme evenings and occasional discos are organised in July and August, along with a wide range of excursions including coach trips to Paris and guided walks to observe the flaura and fauna. The site lies in attractive landscaped woodland, with grassy pitches set amongst the trees, some with a more open aspect. The family leisure pass, which can be purchased on site, costs €48 per pitch, per week in high season (2009 rates) and gives access to the indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis, mini-golf, canoeing and fishing. The site has a Clef Verte award for its environmentally friendly policy. Location: 8km south of Gien. Access from A71 and D940.
