Campsite Description

On the outskirts of the pretty bastide village of La Romieu, this site is set in the beautiful rolling Armagnac countryside. The pool area includes a jacuzzi, children's pool and two fountains and has lovely views across to the collegiate church and cloisters at La Romieu. Children will particularly love the bouncy castle and trampoline, as well as the miniature animal park, while adults will enjoy the attractive restaurant with its diverse menu, renowned for its use of good local produce and regional specialties. A varied and well-organised programme of activities for all the family is offered from mid-May to mid-September. The site is very well equipped for disabled guests, with a lift in the restaurant and a wheelchair suitable for use in the pool. Set in a delightful unspoilt region of undulating countryside, near many fascinating little French towns and good restaurants, Camp de Florence allows you to enjoy the flavour of the French outdoor life to the full. Head towards Condom on the D931. About 3km before Condom turn left where you see the sign for La Romieu ( D41 ). Go Through the village and past the large church.
