Campsite Description

Superb views and a cosmopolitan atmosphere have long made Interlaken one of Switzerland's premier resorts. Manor Farm occupies a privileged south-facing position on the northern edge of Thunersee, flanked by pine woods and with splendid views of the mountains. This impressive site is fully deserving of its five-star Swiss rating. Its delightful lakeside setting and private beach make it ideal for swimming and watersports. The individual pitches are well marked out, level and grassy. The most attractive pitches are found close to the lake. In high season there is a varied programme of activities including sports and entertainment for children, and train excursions to Jungfrau Joch and Schilthorn. The Swiss capital Berne can be reached in an hour and a trip up the Jungfrau is a truly memorable experience. Mountain railways and cable cars provide access to many peaks and give you the opportunity to enjoy magnificent Alpine panoramas. Location: Access from A8, between Thun and Meiringen.
